As the first enterprise to bring the Trinity Forum to Vietnam, billionaire Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IPPG, said that Ho Chi Minh City was chosen to host the Trinity Forum in 2024 because it is the largest centre ò shopping and trade in the country, attracting international tourists to shop. The forum will be a place to discuss and learn about important matters in the travel retail sector, such as staying ahead of the growing trend of duty-free shopping and keeping up with passengers' expectations for seamless and personalized multi-channel experiences, whilst maximizing revenue streams in the fiercely competitive global market. In previous years The Trinity Forum has been held in Singapore, Hong Kong, Qatar, Shanghai, Paris, with the participation of giants in the field such as Qatar Duty Free, Kansai Airports (Japan), and SSP Group (UK). The topics raised and discussed are very attractive, such as sustainability in the airport economy, innovation in the retail industry, "Singapore's regeneration and reconstruction", and adaptation to the business environment of the new economy.

The highlight of the discussion sessions at The Trinity Forum is that the issues are presented and analyzed transparently and deeply, showing real challenges, from which experts discuss, contribute and create ideas to change the overall future of the commercial aviation services industry.

The Trinity Forum 2024 is scheduled to be held on 5th and 6th November in Ho Chi Minh City. The largest city in Vietnam with Tan Son Nhat airport and a developed service and shopping industry will certainly be a promising destination for leading industry experts. For its part, the city will also learn a lot from the experienced speakers and guests, thereby achieving its goal of becoming a billion-dollar "shopping paradise" in the near future.

After nearly 40 years of operation, IPPG is one of the largest retail corporations in Vietnam, with 25,000 employees, owning 35 member companies and joint venture companies. In the tourism industry, IPPG has invested in modern duty-free shop projects across border gates and airports, contributing to attracting tourists and growing tourism trade.

Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) currently manages, invests and operates 22 airports across the country. Over the past years, ACV's production and business activities have always maintained a high and sustainable growth rate, absolutely ensuring aviation security and safety, and ensuring quality of passenger service. During the process of formation and development, ACV has always made continuous efforts to improve and enhance service quality at its affiliated airports with the goal of benefiting passengers when using services and terminal facilities at stations  and airports of ACV.
